The Company
When it comes to butter, one cannot ignore France, the homeland of butter par excellence. And when talking about excellent butter, one cannot fail to mention Beillevaire, one of the most renowned fromageries in the country, as the only company that works with raw milk and churns butter in wooden churns. When Pascal and Claudine Beillevaire began their adventure in 1980, they had 50 cows, produced fromage blanc, cream, and unpasteurized butter, and sold them in local markets.
