Beillevaire yogurt is an artisanal product, with a rich and enveloping texture typical of the northwest of France. Compared to the yogurt we are used to, it has a firmer and more gelatinous consistency. Made with selected raw materials, goat's milk yogurt represents the perfect balance for a healthy, flavorful, and gastronomic food with the unmistakable taste of goat's milk.
Because it combines all the benefits of yogurt with the elegance of a dessert, it is perfect for breakfast, but also as a delicious touch at the end of a meal, enhanced by the taste of goat's milk.
Pascal Beillevaire started from village markets with the mission to produce dairy products in the traditional way, artisanally, and with a strong connection to the land.

The Company
When talking about butter, one cannot avoid talking about France, the homeland of butter par excellence. And when it comes to exceptional butter, one must talk about Beillevaire, one of the most renowned fromageries in France, as it is the only company working with raw milk and churning butter in wooden tubs. When Pascal and Claudine Beillevaire started their adventure in 1980, they had 50 cows, produced fromage blanc, cream, and unpasteurized butter, and sold them at local markets. Today, forty years later, Beillevaire has 20 cheese shops, 10 food halls, and is present at 50 markets every week.
