Smoked Salmon

Our smoked salmon 烟熏三文鱼 is produced in an artisanal way following traditional Irish techniques of cold smoking with oak wood, a gentle and never intrusive smoking process. The high quality of the salmon is what makes the difference; these fish are raised in the open sea, in a wild and natural environment that gives the salmon a firmer texture than the meat.
