A 10,000 m² facility where fruits and vegetables are only processed during harvest season, following the seasons and helping to keep the local economy alive by cooperating only with local Navarra farms. El Navarrico’s technology is then made available to farming realities that apply traditional agricultural techniques, innovating in quality control systems, product preservation, and respecting the organoleptic properties of the raw materials used.

In the mid-1950s, Amalia Herce and José Salced began producing the first tomato preserves in the basement of their family home. Many things have changed since those early years, but the company now processes more than 50 different products while always maintaining the spirit of the old family business.
