Simply thaw it for 35 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

All Triticum bread is made from stone-milled flour and natural fermentation. It is long-fermented bread (48 hours), resting on linen cloths, and baked in stone-floor ovens, which allow for an enviable crispness and an airy crumb.

TRITICUM has recovered the artisanal essence of a millennia-old product through the latest bread-making techniques and has become a reference point in the baking industry, as it has proven capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, whole rye flour, natural wheat starter, oat flakes (2%), flax seeds (2%), sesame seeds (2%), salt, sunflower seeds (1%), wheat bran, extra virgin olive oil, bread improver (wheat flour), yeast.
ALLERGENS: Contains gluten and sesame. May contain traces of sulfur dioxide and sulfites, mollusks, crustaceans, fish, eggs, sesame, soy, mustard, milk and derivatives (including lactose), and tree nuts.
