The Agricultural Society from Campania
The company has been raising more than 1,500 buffalos in a sustainable way and with full respect for the animals for the highest quality milk for more than 50 years. The climate and the environment are key factors for proper and good authentic milk, as is the care for the buffalo. Buffalo milk has a different organoleptic composition than that of other species because it is richer in protein and calcium.
The buffalo mozzarella
From good milk sourced exclusively from Mediterranean-breed buffalo farms in the Piana del Sele in the province of Salerno come the products of Caseificio La Cilentana.
